These Terms govern your access to and use of Automation Magic services, including hosted workflow infrastructure and managed automation services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Services
- Hosted Infrastructure: We provide hosted workflow accounts and infrastructure. You independently control workflows, integrations, automation logic, and the data processed within them.
- Managed Automation: We design and implement automation workflows according to an agreed scope. You define the desired business outcome while we determine the technical implementation.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the legality of the data you process and your compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
- You must have permission to send messages and process personal data on connected platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity performed under your accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- Engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities
- Send unsolicited spam or violate messaging platform policies
- Attempt to bypass security or gain unauthorized access
- Process highly sensitive data (financial credentials, passwords, medical records, government identifiers) without proper safeguards
4. Third-Party Platforms
Automations may depend on external services and APIs (such as messaging platforms, AI providers, and integrations). Their availability, behavior, rate limits, and policy decisions are outside our control and may affect system functionality.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Services available but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, provider outages, or platform restrictions may interrupt operation.
6. Fees & Payment
Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are agreed separately in writing (proposal, invoice, or contract).
7. Data & Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. In hosted offerings you control the stored data. In managed offerings we process data only to deliver the agreed automation scope.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate according to agreed commercial terms. Upon termination, access may be revoked and customer data deleted within a reasonable operational period unless otherwise agreed.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Automation results may vary depending on third-party platforms, input quality, and business rules defined by the customer.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Magic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, customers, or goodwill arising from the use of the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
