This page explains how personal data can be deleted when Automation Magic services are involved. The correct procedure depends on whether you are:
- An end user communicating with a business
- A customer using Automation Magic services
Our Role
Automation Magic provides automation infrastructure and workflow operations. In most cases, the business you contacted is the data controller and determines why your data was collected, while Automation Magic acts only as a data processor.
1. End Users (Messaging a Business)
If you contacted a business through channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or similar platforms, that business controls your data.
You should request deletion directly from that business first. They can remove your data from their systems and connected services.

If you are a direct customer and want your account, workflows, or stored infrastructure data deleted, send a request to:

Verification
We may request proof of account ownership to prevent unauthorized data removal.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests are processed within up to 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.
